My wedding cake work defined by a fine-art nature and handcrafted detail in appearance but to provide a beautiful cake is not enough, it needs to be the best tasting cake you have experienced, that is inherently our mission; the create an experience.

Being a “from-scratch kitchen” begins not just from raw ingredient but from the ingredients themselves. Pasture-raised eggs, unbleached, American-grown wheat flours, ethically-sourced vanilla and chocolate, fresh, naturally-grown fruit are among just a few standards we carry through in every cake.

Quality ingredients will always make the difference and continuing to source from reputable, ethical companies that care about their product will always remain my standard.

My background in plated dessert now serves as a source of inspiration for a tasting menu that includes flavor compositions that are both approachable yet elevated.

Almond cake will always be a timeless wedding staple, but I encourage you to consider a cake option that makes a personal statement about you and your spouse, your guests are sure to fall in love with it and if that is the almond cake, let’s drop that cloying bottle extract and make it one they’ll truly love!

Just as every cake design is custom as can be the flavor itself. My menu offers a varied assortment of options but I love to curate signature cake flavors made just for your wedding.
